Founded in 1958 by Henry H. Whitley, first president of the Johnston County Association of REALTORS®, our company has been serving the Johnston County real estate community and surrounding areas for almost 50 years. These areas include but are not limited to: Smithfield, Raleigh, Wake County, Wilson's MIlls and the Research Triangle Area. Henry Whitley's son, Whit Whitley (GRI, CRS) is President/Owner/Broker and still actively enjoys the business after giving 36 years of service to the company. Whit's daughter, Lydia Whitley-Moore (GRI), Property Manager, represents the family's third generation of real estate service. Our "family" here includes professional, community-minded, community-involved sales associates dedicated to serving the real estate needs of the buying and selling public.
